Refund policy
At Bin Babes, we want you to love your stickers! Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, so please double-check your order details before confirming.
If your stickers arrive damaged or faulty, let us know within 7 days of delivery by sending your order number and clear photos via email to binbabes.aus@gmail.com. Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
If your order goes missing, you’ll need to lodge an investigation directly with Australia Post using your tracking number. Once Australia Post has completed the investigation and confirmed the package cannot be located, provide us with proof of the completed investigation, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
If you’ve entered an incorrect address and the order has already shipped, we can’t offer a refund or replacement without additional costs. Custom and bulk orders are final once production begins, but if you have any issues, we’ll do our best to help.
