Shipping policy

At Bin Babes, we know you’re excited to glam up your bins, so we work hard to get your stickers to you quickly and safely! All standard orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During weekends, holidays, or busy periods, please allow a little extra time. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can keep an eye on its journey.

We ship exclusively within Australia using Australia Post, with a flat rate of $20 for standard delivery. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch, though rural or remote locations may take a little longer. Every order is tracked for your peace of mind.

Custom orders are handled with extra care and love! Processing times and shipping costs for large custom quantities will vary, but we’ll discuss these details with you during the ordering process. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible—once your order ships, we’re unable to make changes, and we can’t take responsibility for incorrect addresses.

If something goes wrong with delivery, please reach out to Australia Post first using your tracking number. If they confirm your package can’t be found after an investigation, and you provide proof of the completed investigation, we’ll happily arrange a replacement at no extra cost. While we can’t control carrier delays or damage during transit, we’ll always do our best to help resolve the issue.
