Welcome to Bin Babes! By using our website (https://binbabes.com.au) and placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Products & Orders

We sell custom and ready-made bin stickers, and we work hard to ensure our product descriptions and images are accurate. Slight variations in colour, size, or design may occur. All orders are confirmed only after payment is received. Custom and bulk orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production begins, unless faulty.

2. Pricing, Payment & Shipping

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We currently ship within Australia only, using Australia Post, with a flat-rate shipping fee of $20. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days, and delivery times are typically 2–5 business days (longer for rural areas). See our Shipping Policy for full details.

3. Returns & Lost Orders

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If your stickers are damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number for a replacement or refund.
For lost items, you must lodge an investigation with Australia Post. Once we receive proof of a completed investigation confirming the package can’t be found, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure your order and address details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information. Stickers must be applied as per instructions; we are not liable for damage caused by improper application.

5. Intellectual Property & Liability

All designs, images, and content on our website are owned by Bin Babes and may not be used without permission. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your product.
